Quality Assurance Technician II C - Shift (Fri. - Sun 6am-6pm)

Job Summary
Conduct unit audits, process inspections, and data collection to ensure compliance with AAON's Quality Management System and manufacturing best practices. Perform root cause analysis, document current procedures, and assist in implementing new processes alongside quality teams. Collaborate with leaders to communicate quality changes, update tools and documents, and analyze audit trends to identify improvement opportunities and training needs. Travel to various locations to support projects and maintain uniformity across sites while adhering to safety standards and design specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of Experience or education in STEM related technical field
- Knowledge or experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement Methodologies
- Competent Keyboarding and Computer skills, especially using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-discipline
- Deadline orientation
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Staying updated on quality design and methodology
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods
- Walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement Methodologies is beneficial
- Competent Keyboarding and Computer skills, especially using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) a plus
