Quality Assurance Technician

Job Summary
Monitor, document, and communicate plant Quality/HACCP/SSOP/SOG/GMP programs to ensure proper implementation. Coordinate with plant personnel, USDA, and contracted sanitation personnel to comply with quality standards. Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintain constructive relationships across various departments using a continuous improvement mentality. Work daily in cold (~45 degrees) and warm (~85 degrees) environments while enforcing all safety policies. Requires 1-3 years of meat industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts in a fast-paced setting. Perpetuate a "Creekstone Proud culture" through attitude and actions while adhering to Quality and Food Safety Standards for every product.
