Quality Assurance Technician

Quality Assurance Technician needed to conduct laboratory tests, document results, prepare samples for shipment to third party testing, troubleshoot lab issues, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance in a food-grade manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include performing online quality checks, communicating results to production, maintaining accurate records of audits and test results, assisting in training plant policies, performing routine maintenance on lab equipment, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting inventory control and documentation of SDS/MSDS for compliance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of previous laboratory experience in a food-grade facility and are capable of interpreting lab results and procedures in a high-pressure setting.
