Job Summary
Conduct physical stability testing on bulk powder and perform final testing on finished goods, including headspace oxygen, leaker testing, and fill weight verification. Sample incoming raw materials, enter data to support release, and place materials on hold as directed by Quality Management. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while ensuring compliance with current Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices. The role supports in-process testing for liquid mix, bulk powder, and infant/toddler formula at our Heath, Ohio facility during the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am).
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
- Must be highly adaptable to changes in manufacturing
- Must be based out of our facility in Heath, OH
- Must be available for 11:00pm - 7:30am hours
Desired Qualifications
- Degree and background in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science
- Experience in an FDA regulated environment
- Experience with DEACOM, Sartorius, CEM
