Job Summary
Review processing records daily to ensure proper manufacturing procedures and aseptic sterility are maintained. Verify product specifications, document on-line processing data, and release products in SAP after satisfactory review. Alert operations immediately when deviations occur, communicate with process authorities, and file all production records. Participate in R&D activities, including developing specifications and Master Batch Records, while training First Responders. Handle confidential business-sensitive data and perform other assigned duties. This role requires flexibility for varied hours, weekends, and on-site work in a hot manufacturing environment with proper PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science or similar discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Intermediate computer proficiency, specifically in spreadsheet and database management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare written documentation
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Working varied hours and weekends as needed
- Conditions in the plant can be hot
- Proper PPE is required
