Job Summary
Conduct quality assurance investigations by working with technicians and engineers to identify, diagnose, and resolve reported quality issues. Perform complex experiments, initial diagnostic testing for field issues, and assemble or disassemble products while adhering to work instructions. Translate supplier reports into complaint records, create detailed documentation, and establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Mentor less senior staff, provide improvement ideas based on observations, and actively support Quality Policy and system procedures. Maintain accurate training records and adhere to standardized schedules, including overtime as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School (H.S./GED) or Associate Degree
- 2-4 Years Experience working in a certified medical device environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS office
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 17025
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality methodologies such as Root Cause and Root Cause Failure Analysis, MDR, MDSAP, TQM, SPC, Six Sigma
- Ability to adhere to standardized schedule for position
- Ability to work overtime to support department needs as necessary
- Regular and punctual attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a certified medical device environment is beneficial
- Experience with Agile or Oracle is beneficial
- ASQ Certification is beneficial
