Job Summary
Conduct quality audits on production products and processes in the configuration lab, analyzing and documenting issues to identify root causes. Drive corrective and preventative actions using quality tools while administering the non-conforming database for analysis and reporting. Perform data analysis and test validations using statistical process control, RPN, and standard work flow audits to track risks and potential errors. Assist operations with COPQ tracking and collaborate on requirement/design reviews to support continuous improvement activities and process controls.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge in Hardware and Software configurations
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards with ability to understand the application of the requirements
- Data management and analytics knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail for quality adherence
- Problem solver with ability to research, investigate and problem-solve issues working with multiple people
