Quality Assurance Tech - Night Shift

Oversee all Quality team checks on production lines and incoming areas to ensure cGMP compliance is maintained. Perform routine inspection functions, including sampling, testing, and approving incoming materials by conforming to specifications. Conduct visual and measurement tests on filled product for expiration dates and lot/batch codes. Review equipment calibration and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time. Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet internal and external expectations during production runs. Document nonconforming materials clearly and accurately with discrepancy reports when required. Report any unusual quality incidents to the Quality Supervisor in a timely manner. Assist with actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits. Follow continual improvement practices and participate in cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve quality.
