Job Summary
Perform monitoring, verification, and auditing of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Conduct CCP/PC checks, inspect equipment and areas, manage QA holds, collect samples for shelf-life and laboratory testing, perform daily sensory checks, calibrate equipment, and contribute to GMP and audits. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and sanitation teams; document findings and take corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Quality Assurance or related experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with inspection and quality control methods in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to use a variety of measuring devices and verification tools
- Proficient computer skills; able to use documentation and reporting systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
