Job Summary
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system, including CAPA management, internal audits, and document control. Provide support on key regulatory, customer, and third-party audits while tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics. Plan, conduct, and act upon daily inspection processes such as Gemba and standards confirmation. Supervise, coach, and train hourly associates to ensure compliance with processes and regulations. Serve as the customer point of contact for QA-related issues and partner with management to develop regular reports. This role operates on the 2nd shift and requires a Bachelor's degree with people management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Some knowledge of QA, preferred
- People management experience, preferred
- Sufficient computer application experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Data analysis experience
- Training and facilitation skills
- Self management
