Job Summary
Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible for supervising hourly associates in support of a dedicated QA program within the DHL Quality Management System. Lead QA activities including CAPA management, internal quality audits, change and document control, and SOPs. Act as a primary QA contact for regulatory, customer, and third-party audits; monitor QA metrics; oversee training and development of site staff; partner with QA leadership to prepare regular management reports; ensure regulatory and customer service standards are met; conduct and oversee daily inspection processes (Gemba/Standards Confirmation); coach and train QA personnel and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Some knowledge of QA preferred
- People management experience preferred
- Sufficient computer application experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Data analysis experience
- Training and facilitation skills
- Self management
