Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead a quality team, ensuring compliance with customer and governmental requirements. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, interpreting customer specifications, developing processes to meet regulatory standards, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to food safety and quality plans. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety. Proven leadership skills and the ability to make quick business decisions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, dairy science, microbiology, biology, animal science or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Production
