Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor manages and enforces company policies, ensures staff performance and development, prepares work schedules, and maintains communication with clients. The role requires at least three years of quality assurance experience and two years in a supervisory capacity. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, reliability, and proficiency in Microsoft software. The position involves daily payroll processing, monitoring staff efficiency, facilitating training, and handling departmental reporting. Availability during specified hours is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Must be reliable, on time, and in attendance daily
- Ability to process and retrieve information from a computerized database
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional service level
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday - Friday and third Saturday of every month for Mandatory Monthly meeting
