Job Summary

Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee a team of quality control inspectors across inbound, in-process, and outbound inspection activities. Responsibilities include training and coaching inspectors to ensure consistent application of inspection methods and quality standards, monitoring performance and driving accuracy and productivity, assigning daily priorities, inspecting vendor-received products for conformance, analyzing inspection data to identify trends and drive quality metrics, leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions, partnering with Production/Sourcing/Product Development to resolve quality issues, escalating critical concerns, identifying recurring defects and process gaps, recommending improvements to reduce repeats, maintaining quality records and updating SOPs, and ensuring proper containment of nonconforming materials. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and integrity within a fast-paced warehouse environment, with shifts possibly alternating and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
  • 1+ years of experience leading, training, or supervising employees in a quality or operations setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to accurately enter, review, and analyze data.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels and departments.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems; High Jump WMS experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively, manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and apply quality standards consistently.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
