Job Summary
Quality Assurance Supervisor leading and maintaining the QMS to ensure cosmetics/OTC products meet FDA, cGMP, and ISO standards; oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations; lead QA team, inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions; ensure document control, training, and GMP compliance across manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and warehouse operations; partner with Operations to uphold product quality and drive continuous improvement; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years QA experience with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field required
- 5+ years of QA experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing
- Prior QA leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, and cosmetic/OTC compliance
