Job Summary
Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a hands-on QA team in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. You will manage the QMS for ISO 9001 and UL certification programs, oversee audits, lead CAPA and root-cause analyses, drive quality metrics and continuous improvement, and mentor the QA team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience in electronics manufacturing
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience leading certification efforts
- Hands-on experience with UL certifications (UL 94, UL 508A)
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and RoHS compliance
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Proven leadership and communication abilities at all levels of the organization
- Experience inspecting precision sheet metal components and assemblies
- Knowledge of DMT/DFR processes and RMA handling
- Bonus: CQA certification, ERP and QMS software experience
- Background in high-reliability electronics manufacturing
