Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ameripack Foods is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Food Safety and Quality Assurance. Key responsibilities include evaluating finished products, developing quality policies, and leading a QA/FS team to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years with Quality and Food Safety experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
- Excellent organizational skills including time management, priority setting, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize job relevant software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing and maintaining company records relating to process workflows
- Knowledge of product LOT traceability
- HACCP Certified
- SQF Certified
