Job Summary
Conduct inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw and packaging materials. Monitor in-line production by verifying ingredients and process parameters across all lines. Implement Good Manufacturing Practice and validate finished products through shelf life studies and bread scoring. Investigate customer concerns and verify action plans for non-conformities. Assist in ISO audits and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports. Requires GMP, HACCP, and HALAL knowledge; willing to work in a hot environment with shifting schedules. Located at TECO Industrial Park, Mabalacat, Pampanga.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Microbiology or any related courses
- Willing to work in a hot environment and shifting schedule
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite, MS Office, and other software operating tools
- With good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Sensory
- Amenable to work in TECO Industrial Park, Mabalacat Pampanga
