Job Summary
Plan, configure, test, and implement all operational changes to create release packages for designated services. Manage the end-to-end release process, coordinating build, test, and release teams while ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Provide configuration management planning and support the change operational approval process. Support quality assurance audits and provide management reports on release progress. Plan service rollouts including deployment methods and coordinate communication implementation. This role supports a National law enforcement agency NOC handling approximately 4,000 monthly tickets with day shift Monday–Friday scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- At least Ten (10) Plus years of experience in network operations
- Routing and switching/Firewall (FW) SME with Six (6) Plus years
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape
- Bachelor's Degree in related technical field

- Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday
- Location: Springfield or Ashburn, Virginia
- Regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds
- Frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable
- ITIL
- Level III CCNP, CCDP, or CCIE
- Change Management Certification
- SIX Sigma Certification Green Belt
