Quality Assurance Specialist - Social Work

Quality Assurance Specialist for Social Work responsible for evaluating and monitoring residential, day and specialized services within GGRC’s three counties, ensuring compliance with Title XVII, California Code of Regulations, and DDS standards. Responsibilities include coordinating QA evaluations, writing evaluation reports, leading or participating on QA teams, supporting state reviews, revising evaluation tools, analyzing Title XVII/XXII changes, assisting with RFP processes, developing plans of correction, serving on committees, delivering training workshops, collaborating with licensing and community partners, and providing technical assistance to programs. Requires strong written and oral communication, data documentation, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to work with diverse groups; HIPAA compliance and confidentiality are essential. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with 2+ years post-graduate experience (master’s preferred).
