Job Summary
Conduct inspections, evaluate service quality, and analyze performance trends to support operational excellence and compliance. Develop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection schedules, and service standards while investigating customer concerns and coordinating corrective actions. Support employee training on quality, safety, equipment, and service procedures to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility as needed. Partner with the Project Manager to ensure janitorial and custodial services meet highest standards across contract operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in contract services, production, or a related field
- Supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort using computer applications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending and kneeling, and working from a six-foot ladder
- Commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and operational excellence
