Job Summary
Coordinate and manage GMP program tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines; maintain GMP documents/procedures for reference; verify cleaning execution by reviewing logbooks and GMP documents; assist planning of shutdowns, commissioning, or de-commissioning of controlled environments; conduct on-the-job trainings and assist in qualifying new-hired employees; monitor GMP training curricula and develop training paths to mitigate compliance disputes; oversee GMP compliance for cleaning, safety inspections, and work orders using the CMMS; assist investigations of RCA/CAPA events; comply with safety rules; communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers, managers, and customers; support shift lead in completing punch-list items; present a professional appearance and conduct; understand customer service and reporting systems; follow SOPs consistently; respond to customer requests professionally; complete safety certifications and basic training modules.
Required Qualifications
- A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
