Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialist conducts QA audits across clinical and operational processes, reviews documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards, uses QA tools including CentralReach and Rethink to evaluate performance and identify gaps, interprets healthcare regulations across scenarios, provides clear feedback and recommendations, analyzes data with Excel to track trends and support decisions, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve quality standards, develops QA processes and documentation, translates complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders, and manages multiple audits and projects using project management tools; requires experience in QA/compliance/audit roles (preferably healthcare/ABA), proficiency with CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team, with comfort coordinating around US hours and remote work.
