Job Summary
Conduct ETL, backend database, and data testing by validating source-to-target transformations, business rules, and data integrity using SQL. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for data pipelines and backend applications, designing frameworks for regression testing with Python and SQL. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and aggregate checks across cloud platforms including AWS, Databricks, Redshift, and Amazon S3. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to support sprint planning, defect resolution, and release validation while identifying defects and recommending process improvements. Execute system integration, regression, and performance testing based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience 4 Years experience
- 3 years of Test Automation experience
- Experience developing test plans through data driven testing
- Experience in ETL Testing, Backend Database Testing, and Data Validation
- Strong SQL skills using Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift
- Experience developing manual and automation testing solutions
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Databricks, and data warehouse environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus
