Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, coordinating with logistics partners to monitor shipment status, ensuring product quality and proper documentation, maintaining ERP/NetSuite data accuracy, performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, generating reports for supply chain, logistics, and quality performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and system enhancements. Salary range $60,000–$75,000; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
- Hands-on experience with logistics and QA systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel required; PowerPoint and Outlook preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret and present insights
- Basic to intermediate SQL (database table) skills for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
