Job Summary
Audit medical bill reviews for accuracy, adherence to client-specific rules, and compliance with applicable regulations. Identify trends and root causes of errors to provide feedback for process improvements. Collaborate with bill review analysts, coders, and clinical staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality outcomes. Contribute to developing QA policies, procedures, and training materials. Participate in system testing and validation for software updates affecting bill review processes. Monitor compliance with turnaround time standards and escalate issues as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, with a preference for candidates with medical billing or auditing experience.

Desired Qualifications
