Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for regulatory compliance and records management, procurement oversight, asset management, vehicle lease/safety compliance, and safety leadership across Compass Connections’ residential and foster-care programs. The role includes serving as chair of the division Safety Committee, coordinating emergency evacuation planning, ensuring adherence to A-133 guidelines and agency policy, supervising procurement/vendor liaison activities, maintaining program records, and supporting program staff while working irregular hours as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4-6 years of related experience, English fluency, first aid/CPR certifications, and the ability to maintain professional conduct and compliance with agency policies. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and is full-time with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and operational support across multiple programs.
