Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist to implement and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO requirements, develop and maintain control plans, coordinate issue management and root-cause analysis, support audits and compliance initiatives, define and operate quality inspection processes, collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain, maintain quality documentation, provide training on quality processes, and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, at least 2 years of quality-focused manufacturing experience, ISO knowledge (ISO 9001/EN9100), hands-on control planning and inspection systems setup, and fluency in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) and experience supporting compliance activities
- Hands-on experience in control planning, issue management, and inspection systems setup
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across departments
- Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Fluent in English & German
