Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist III responsible for GLP/preclinical audits and regulatory compliance support for animal studies, including audits of facilities, equipment, personnel, and records to ensure adherence to FDA GLP and Animal Rule standards; perform facility-, process-, and study-specific audits; review SOPs and training materials; support regulatory inspections and training documentation; collaborate with functional groups on SOP lifecycle and documentation; contribute to inspection readiness and employee training files; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in QA/QC within GLP-regulated research, with preference for RQAP-GLP certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, biochemistry, biology or related field
- Minimum of Three (3) years of job-related experience
- Experience with Good Laboratory Practice standards and GLP regulated environment
- Experience in QA or QC
- RQAP-GLP Registration preferred
- Specialized skills in Quality related work
- Understand regulations governing nonclinical/preclinical research protocols
- Understand medical and scientific terminology
