Job Summary
Administer the District Quality Management System and ensure consistent implementation across the project by developing quality policies, coordinating auditor schedules, and facilitating meetings. Maintain a strong knowledge of company standards, review division manuals, and disseminate quality information to office and field teams. Provide internal training, support the Lessons Learned database, and build understanding of ISO Standards for compliance. This role requires working up to 12-hour shifts in demanding construction environments with moderate noise levels, including overtime and weekend work as needed. Candidates must be open to relocating between Santa Teresa, NM, and Abilene, TX, based on project availability.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Quality Management
- 7+ years of relevant Quality Assurance experience
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Work overtime and weekends as required
- May work at various different locations and conditions may vary
- Lifting 50+ lbs occasionally
- Navigating uneven or congested work areas
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding
- Maintaining full range of motion required for field inspections
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting data center construction
- Strong understanding of electrical systems
- Familiarity with major MEP components such as switchgear, UPS systems, generators, medium voltage, fiber and other critical infrastructure typical of mission‐critical environments
- Commitment to top-tier quality

- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence field and project teams
- Proficiency with computers and software including Word, Excel, and database applications
- Ability to work in demanding construction environments
