Quality Assurance Specialist – eBanking

Develop test strategies aligned with regulatory constraints and project timelines for private banking e-banking platforms. Execute functional, integration, performance, and regression test plans across web and mobile channels, including onboarding, payments, and trading workflows. Manage manual and automated testing campaigns while maintaining tooling, analyzing logs via SQL, and investigating API anomalies. Ensure test traceability, documentation, and quality standards throughout the software lifecycle. Coordinate with development and DevOps teams to prioritize and resolve defects, and lead User Acceptance Testing phases to define acceptance criteria. Contribute to continuous process improvement and test data management. Requires five years of QA experience in banking, proficiency in JIRA, Xray, Selenium, and Python/Java.
