Quality Assurance Specialist - Corona

Job Summary
Conduct in-process and receiving inspections for raw materials and components, ensuring proper disposition and compliance with procedures. Lead the implementation of the Intertape Performance System (IPS) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance performance. Investigate internal and customer nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions. Manage the QC laboratory, maintain quality assurance procedures, and build 5S and visual management systems across operational areas. Provide leadership and coaching to cross-functional teams on quality methodologies and support customer compliance documentation. This onsite, full-time role in Corona, CA reports to the Corporate Quality Director and requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2-4 years of manufacturing quality experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of quality and/or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Teams
- Data analysis / statistical proficiency, including common software applications
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task, deal with tight timelines, exhibit appropriate urgency in solving problems
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, results, and most impactful priorities
- Proficient documentation skills. Can produce coherent, informative and intuitive content (both technical and nontechnical)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical field preferred (Engineering, Sciences, etc.)
