Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist conducts routine monitoring, uses statistical sampling and auditing to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintains documentation on program reviews. Responsibilities include compiling required monitoring documents, submitting responses to the Quality Assurance Lead, and providing technical assistance on workforce services programs. Requires knowledge of workforce development, economic development, business intelligence and trends, project management, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; occasional travel and office-based work in Texas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience required
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record
