Job Summary
Review electronic nursing notes in KanTime to ensure accuracy and compliance, approving or returning notes for correction as needed. Verify and process paper notes by entering visit times and scanning them into KanTime. Communicate directly with clinicians to discuss corrections and resolve discrepancies, while mailing Medication Logs for p-charts and entering late note offenses into KanTime journal notes. Support field staff with electronic charting submissions to help ensure nurses are paid accurately and on time. This on-site role at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health supports field staff in providing exceptional care through accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, administrative, healthcare office, or other related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Communication abilities
- On-site position at our office at the southern edge of Sherman, TX
- Monday–Friday, daytime business hours
