Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist and Andon Operations Trainer responsible for designing and executing onboarding and foundational training for new team members, developing curricula and assessment tools, aligning training with policy updates, and tracking trainee performance. Independently create structured training materials including SOP manuals and multimedia aids; conduct rapid up-training when policies shift; provide actionable insights to Operations Managers based on data. Excellent instructional design and communication skills required; fluency in English or Korean preferred; experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus. The role supports Coupang’s Andon quality defense in Taiwan, ensuring teams are proficient in core processes, product quality standards, and policy frameworks to protect the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Experience as a trainer working for CS, E-commerce, BPO or tech company
- Instructional Design Mastery: translating complex logic and policies into training modules and assessments
- Analytical Thinking: identify performance issues from data
- High-Impact Communication: strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Adaptability: thrive in high-pressure, rapidly changing environment with weekly policy updates
