Job Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist overseeing QC/QA for mechanical O&M systems on major industrial/construction projects. Responsibilities include establishing and managing the QC/QA program for mechanical systems, documenting procedures and method statements, overseeing mechanical inspections and testing per contract/PWS standards, implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and non-destructive testing methods, ensuring compliance with codes, regulatory and safety standards, documenting findings and corrective actions, and providing clear reports to Project and Operations Managers. Role combines office and on-site facility work with potential off-hours coverage; requires ability to inspect mechanical spaces and move through complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree in a facilities management discipline
- Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in major industrial or construction projects in QC/QA roles
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a QC/QA Lead
- Proficient with mechanical O&M systems in large buildings
- Experience with RCM and non-destructive testing
