Quality Assurance Specialist (816231)

Gather statistical data for reporting purposes and monitor eligibility information to ensure complete and accurate data is on file. Prepare bi-monthly Monitoring Committee reports and communicate final determinations of monitoring activities to appropriate staff. Track all case file corrections and ensure the case management of all Child Care cases while authorizing payments to eligible CCAS providers with appropriate documentation. Assess parent share of costs accurately and maintain a database of all records monitored, tracking corrections to ensure noncompliance is resolved. Complete reports for the Program Director, Client Services Manager, and local Board's Quality Assurance Specialist, following up to verify corrections. Apply current eligibility, funding, and departmental policies to individual cases while assuring client and coworker confidentiality. Notify management of any real or perceived problems and demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes.
