Job Summary
Lead internal audits, participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate nonconformance record closures, create standard work procedures, and review documents for accuracy. Facilitate Product Release/CoC documentation and manage calibration coordination to maintain equipment standards. Requires onsite presence in Middlesex, VT, with a Bachelor's degree and two years of QA experience. Must be able to work on government contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work onsite in Middlesex, VT
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in a quality assurance or related role
- Strong understanding of quality systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work on government contracts
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements
- Experience with Lean six sigma methodologies
