Quality Assurance Special

Conduct non-routine analysis, tests, and inspections while resolving operational questions and recommending necessary changes to site processes. Administer the corporate internal audit program by training auditors, auditing procedures, and measuring results to ensure compliance with the quality management system. Mentor site personnel on Kenco O/S assessments and assist start-up accounts in implementing their quality management systems. Collect and compile statistical quality data to identify improvement opportunities across multiple sites. Identify training needs and organize interventions to meet quality standards, while supporting the continuous improvement of the site quality management system. Travel 25% to 50% of the time to support these initiatives.
