Job Summary
Quality Assurance Software Engineer responsible for developing and executing manual and automated test cases, running performance tests, and scripting automated tests for the SOCStreams product. Will guide engineers on QA methodologies, define testing strategies, review requirements for weaknesses, plan testing activities, develop test plans and configurations, monitor defect resolution, and analyze QA metrics. Requires 2+ years in IT/QA, web test automation (Selenium/JMeter), API/Database testing, experience with TestRail, and Agile environments; strong communication and analytical skills; Bachelor's degree anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT/QA experience with proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, or performance tests, and managing defects
- Experience with test automation of web applications
- In-depth experience with functional testing
- Experience with Selenium and/or JMeter
- Experience with TestRail or similar bug tracking tools
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Good knowledge of API and Database testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English (writing/reading/speaking)
