Job Summary
Quality Assurance Senior Project Manager (QAM, Data Center Construction) leads development and implementation of project-specific quality programs for data-center construction projects, manages QA programs across one or more projects, and trains and oversees quality personnel. Responsibilities include monitoring inspections and testing, conducting weekly jobsite walks with the general contractor, reviewing Quality Observation Reports, leading root cause analyses for nonconformances, collaborating with MEP teams during commissioning, participating in vendor/supplier factory tests and audits, maintaining KPI expectations, and representing QTS in OAC meetings while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Must be able to travel up to 50% and possess US citizenship due to federal contracts; requires experience with Procore and PowerBI, ASQ certifications, and a background in delivering mission-critical data center facilities, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience
- 2+ years of quality related management experience, including plan development, training, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Procore and PowerBI
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified CMQ/OE, CQIA, CQPA, CQE, and/or CQA
- Be able to travel up to 50% of the time
- US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
- Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
- Experience working with MEP trades
- Strong communication and written skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set, and meet targets
