Quality Assurance Senior Manager - Pharma

Job Summary
Guarantee cGMP compliance in all project and product execution activities by implementing policies to continuously improve quality throughout the product lifecycle. Manage teams and coordinate technical managers for recruitment, training, and performance alignment while leading clients and regulatory audits as required. Approve complex change control documents and process equipment documentation, ensuring operational areas are regularly inspected for compliance. Develop and propose the area activity plan and budget for superior approval, managing Key performance indicators to drive timely product release. Ensure adherence to GMP, HSE, and ISO guidelines while promoting a continuous improvement mindset within the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar scientific field
- 7-10 years of relevant experience within a Quality Assurance GMP environment specifically within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in people development
- This position requires a minimum of 90% on-site work; remote work is limited
- Proven experience in leading others in project context
- Possess extensive knowledge of Quality, cGMPs, ICH and ISO guidelines principles and practices and is able to effectively share them with others
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English is a requirement
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably with previous experience (minimum 2 years) in operational areas such as Manufacturing, R&D or QC
