Job Summary
Quality Assurance Reviewer II conducts QA procedures and audits of VOALA program documentation and databases to ensure funder compliance; performs annual QA audits, supports audit readiness, researches program contracts and grants, conducts special audits with corrective actions, provides training to peers, and collaborates with HMIS specialists to ensure programs are audit-ready and compliant with funder requirements. The role requires staying current with assigned VOALA program grants/contracts and assisting before, during, and after funder audits, with additional duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience (4 years)
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance or data driven environment
- Experience in data entry and database operations; familiarity with HMIS and/or Service Point
- Working knowledge of Medi-Cal regulations, especially relating to provision of substance abuse treatment
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance and background check
