Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan in compliance with contract requirements and Section C performance objectives. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, and environmental functions. Identify performance deficiencies, document findings, and track corrective actions to resolution while monitoring adherence to the Performance Work Statement and safety regulations. Maintain inspection logs, service documentation, and monthly performance reports for the Contracting Officer's Representative. Assist with root cause analysis efforts and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager, Project Manager, and supervisors to ensure compliance with all contractual, safety, and operational standards. Work hours are 0700–1600 with on-call availability outside of work hours. This position requires a DHS background investigation and suitability clearance, with a preference for internal candidates.
Required Qualifications
- at least two (2) years of recent experience in quality assurance or performance evaluation for federal support services contracts
- experience with facility maintenance, janitorial, or base operations support
- Demonstrated experience managing Quality Control Plans in accordance with FAR and government contracting requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable facility operations standards and regulations
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), inspection templates, and service performance tracking tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and interact professionally with government representatives and contractor staff
- Must be able to obtain a favorable adjudication via a DHS background investigation and maintain suitability clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with work authorization
- Must comply with all Company vehicle use and safety policies, as well as all applicable traffic laws
- Must immediately notify the Company if your driver's license is suspended, revoked, restricted, expires, or if your driving privileges otherwise change
