Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Review project specs ahead of site visits and prioritize caseload based on risk, GP exposure, and project history. Partner with field teams on-site to coach toward manufacturer spec compliance and catch issues before they become callbacks. Build the QA/QC manual, checklists, and standard operating procedures. Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners and property managers throughout the project and beyond. Train and mentor foremen, superintendents, and crews on installation quality standards. Investigate warranty claims and leak calls to determine root cause and drive resolution. This hands-on, standalone role reports directly to the COO to shape how quality is performed across the company as it grows. You will travel across multiple sites and states to cover Eskola's footprint in the Southeast, Southwest, and Central U.S.
