Job Summary
QA Technician (3rd Shift) at Kettle Cuisine responsible for ensuring HACCP/FSMA compliance and quality control across the Everett plant. Performs analytical testing (pH, sodium, color, brix, moisture), verifies sanitation and food safety programs, collects data for quality metrics, supports QA management and R&D during batch runs, and ensures GMP adherence and regulatory compliance. Requires 2-year technical degree or 4-year program in Food Science/Quality or related field; HACCP knowledge; strong attention to detail; proficiency with MS Office; ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or 4-year college program in Food Science, Quality or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HACCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and USDA/FDA regulations
- Inventory and database management experience preferred
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
