Job Summary
Lead QA and Production Support for TELUS Health software implementations, driving the testing strategy during UAT and transitioning post-implementation to a Production Support Service Delivery Manager role. Build and lead a team of Service Delivery Analysts, optimize processes, manage client relationships, and champion quality and risk mitigation through Agile practices and innovative testing approaches.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a similar field
- 8+ years of QA experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven expertise with Agile methodologies and software testing processes
- Exceptional knowledge of QA best practices and industry standards
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience in operational support environments
