Job Summary
Quality Assurance Officer (Stellvertretende Führungskraft) focused on maintaining and expanding QMS in GMP/GDP-regulated environments. Responsibilities include implementing and evolving QMS, monitoring and improving quality processes for compliance, conducting internal and external audits, handling deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls, supplier qualification and oversight, analysis of quality metrics and deriving improvement actions, Schnittstellenmanagement with Produktion, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, performing and documenting batch releases, and evaluating Product Quality Reviews with actionable follow-ups. The role also involves acting as deputy to the FcP (FvP) and close coordination with the FvP on relevant decisions. Requires a scientific degree (preferably in pharmacy), and several years of quality management experience in GxP contexts; strong analytical, structured, and team-oriented mindset; fluent German and good English; French is advantageous.
