Job Summary
Quality Assurance Officer at Pierre Fabre Laboratories with a focus on GMP/GDP and QMS in a GxP-regulated environment. Responsible for implementing and advancing QMS, monitoring quality processes, ensuring compliance, conducting internal/ external audits, handling deviations, CAPAs and change controls, supplier qualification and oversight, quality metrics analysis, cross-functional coordination with Production/Regulatory/Supply Chain, batch release documentation, Product Quality Reviews, and acting as Deputy FvP; collaboration with the FvP on decisions. Requires scientific degree, multi-year GxP quality management experience, and knowledge of CH/EU GxP regulations; German as native language with English and possibly French.
Required Qualifications
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Pharmazie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im GxP-regulierten Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der GxP relevanten nationalen Gesetze und Regularien (CH und EU)
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im GxP-Umfeld
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
- Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und organisiertes Arbeiten
- Deutsch Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
