Quality Assurance Officer

Conduct quality-focused cGMP activities by supporting production output through worksheet checking and final batch release. Lead deviation and complaint primary investigations alongside root cause analysis to ensure patient and hospital orders are delivered on-time and in-full. Verify all completed tasks and actions comply with MHRA regulatory requirements while working within a multi-disciplinary team. Report to the Quality Assurance Operations Team Leader and Senior Quality Assurance Officers.
